Dear Dr. Teplitz:
I wanted to thank you once again for speaking to our group during last month's Midwest Area Operations Conference in St. Louis. Our three-day event was a good opportunity or managers to learn more about themselves and the direction of the United States Postal Service. Your portion of the program helped us better understand the forces that work both for and against us.
Final results from our evaluations are in and you'll be pleased to know that your presentation was highly regarded by the group. We asked them to rate your presentation on a scale of 1 - 5 with 5 being the best ranking. Of the 92 responses, 48 gave you a rating of 5; 31 gave you a rating of 4;10 gave you a rating of 3;2 gave you a of rating 2; and 1 gave you a rating of 1. I've also attached a summary of the few written comments we received.
I hope you enjoyed giving your presentation to our Midwest Area team. We certainly enjoyed hearing your message.
Sincerely,
David Failor

Dear Jerry,
Thank you for your fine presentation on "Increasing Your Management Power While Reducing Stress" at our Dakotas PC Operations Conference. Your presentation was by far the most popular among our attendees, and I am still receiving requests and providing your address to them.
I very much appreciated having you here. Best of luck to you in the future, and thanks again for helping us learn to manage stress as we explore our "Opportunities in 99."
Sincerely,
Joan T. Marshall

Dear Jerry,
When our office planned a one-day staff retreat, we had several goals in mind. We wanted to discuss the "big picture" of what we hoped to accomplish in our second term, how we could work more effectively as a team in the office, and what we could learn about ourselves to help us handle the demands of such a high stress work environment.
As the evening part of the program, Jerry Teplitz addressed our third goal quite effectively. Through his interesting and unique approach, Jerry gave our staff a close look at their managerial styles and offered suggestions as to how those styles could be blended more effectively to build a stronger team in the work place. The second half of Jerry's program gave our staff ideas for dealing with the daily stress the face.
Jerry Teplitz is a dynamic, enthusiastic presenter. His seminar was so thought-provoking that it generated waves of discussion in our office long after our retreat.
If you are looking for a fresh, innovative approach to stress management and interpersonal relationships in the workplace, you should consider Jerry Teplitz for your next seminar.
Very truly yours,
Brad J. Ketcher
Chief of Staff
