This is a valuable resource for anyone who needs to reduce the stress and anxiety in their life. This little book is full of exercises, nutritional tips, breathing techniques, herbal teas and remedies to relax and soothe the mind and body.

The beauty of this book is that these are inexpensive ways to pamper yourself. You can learn how to get rid of a headache using Shiatsu massage, reduce stress, or reach complete relaxation doing Hatha Yoga stretches and poses. There are exercises that teach you the proper way to perform breathing techniques and meditation. There is a wonderful recipe in the nutrition section for Yogi Tea that I simply have fallen in love with. It is an excellent beverage to replace drinking canned soda and caffeinated drinks.

The author also gives excellent tips and ideas for reducing stress around your home and workplace. These techniques can be used almost anywhere, not just in the home. Many of the shiatsu techniques can be used when you have a spare moment at the office because you do not have to purchase costly equipment or change your routine to see dramatic benefits. You just have to take the time to do them regularly and you will see a greater reduction in your stress levels over time.
