Dear Jerry,

On behalf of PCMA's Capital Chapter, I would like to thank you for the excellent program on "Managing the Stress of Change" which you presented on September 1.

The group was buzzing at the reception afterward and the feedback was unanimously "excellent." Simply put, "you were marvelous."

I know our chapter hopes to have you back in the future for a program on "Stress: Part II." (We do have a lot of stressed-out people who really needed your help!)

I am enclosing a listing of other local PCMA Chapters. You may share this letter with them, as well.

Warm regards,
Jami Kempf
Program Chair

Dear Jerry,

Thanks for the terrific and entertaining presentation at our Destinations Showcase trade show in New York! Your luncheon keynote was just the right kick off for the afternoon show.

Both my Sales Manager and myself enjoyed trying out the strength/weakness techniques that you demonstrated. It's really true: What you think does govern your ability to perform.

Thanks again, and my best to you in the future.

Yours truly,
Cole Carley, CDME
Executive Director

Dear Jerry,

"One of the best RCRA sessions I have ever attended"
"The best session I have attended at ANY conference"
"Dr. Teplitz was informative, interesting, well prepared with something that is new and exciting"

It does not get any better for either one of us, Jerry, when conference attendees make comments like that. You've delivered on your promise and I get to be the hero! I like that arrangement.

Believe me, there were plenty more positive reactions. Frankly, I had heard that both of your sessions were well received, but I had not read the reviews until after the conference. I apologize for starting you off in that small breakout room. We should have had you from the beginning in a section of the ballroom. Thanks you for being so gracious in the room move. I know you had everything set the way you wanted, but attendees appreciated more space and seating.

Rest assured that we will keep you in mind as we plan future conferences. "Increasing Your Personal & Professional Power" and "How To Persuade Effectively" were both excellent. Thank you.

Warmly,
Frank 0liveto
Executive Director
